Moderate to extreme menstrual pain, no period yet but feels like it will start any day. irritable, craving chocolate, all the signs that my period should start but hasn t. feel fine one minute, but then feel awful. spoke to a nurse who believes I m in the beginning stages of menopause. also have been very tired and headaches on and off since 12/5. approaching 47 in two weeks. my email is YYYY@YYYY , I m married but haven t been intimate with my husband in a long, long time
