How Can Severe Menstrual Cramps, Food Cravings And Irritability Be Treated?
Moderate to extreme menstrual pain, no period yet but feels like it will start any day. irritable, craving chocolate, all the signs that my period should start but hasn t. feel fine one minute, but then feel awful. spoke to a nurse who believes I m in the beginning stages of menopause. also have been very tired and headaches on and off since 12/5. approaching 47 in two weeks. my email is YYYY@YYYY , I m married but haven t been intimate with my husband in a long, long time

As history provided by you, that is the case of secondary dysmenorrhoea
Might be related to onset of menopause as you are having loss of libido and approaching 47.
I would recommend you to go for an ultrasound whole abdomen
