How Can Severe Nose Congestion Along With Sore Throat And Cough Be Treated?
I started with just a little stuffy nose yesterday but woke up this morning ten times worse with a sore throat and coughing so Just went to the doctor and have an upper respiratory infection but forgot to ask what are the chances of someone else catching it from kissing them the day before when at the time it was just a stuffy nose and should they go to the doctor to take something before they Get it?
Sore throat (viral/bacterial) may transmitted by kissing or droplets. Chances of getting of infection may depend upon the receiver immunity status or previous exposure to infection, etc. You can use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Use tablet Amoxiclav twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
