How Can Severe Pain After A Cervical Fusion Surgery Be Treated?

My sister, linda, just had this surgery. Cervical spinal fusion. Also Hypothyroidism Osteoarthritis of sound she is in a lot of pain. Doesn t do well on pain meds. What option besides liquid Tylenol. She takes other meds like Paxil, Lethbridge 88 mcg. For thyroid, also taking so cell surgery A!prazolam 5. Mg., Ondansetrom 4mg. every 12 hours, Cyclobenzaprine 3 to re a day 10 mg.
