How Can Severe Pain And Stiffness In The Knees And Feet Be Treated?
Hi. I m a 63 year old female who has been diagnosed with several things over the last several years including seizure disorder at age 56, fibromyalgia, GERD, CIS cervix at least 15 years ago. Now my knees and feet are so stiff and painful I can hardly get up from sitting after only a few minutes. I have tried to be active but am in too much pain and cant imagine this is just from fibromyalgia. My MRI of the brain in January showed no differences from when I had my first seizure 6 yes ago. I have bone on bone arthritis my carpal-metacarpal joints. I should not be feeling this bad at 63. What the hell?
Seizure need to be rule out for epilepsy because it can be due to hysteria, it is the history of fibromyalgia is there so the chances of hysteria is likely and it may not be the epilepsy, for the GERD it can be well managed with Omeprazole once in day for six weeks, again GERD could be more intense in case of anxiety and stress, try to come our of functional disorders like, stress, anxiety, depression, to avoid the symptoms of GERD, stop eating heavy spicy meal prior to bed, avoid smoking and alcohol.
