Hi, I am 62 years old Female, I stumbled and fell 3 steps down in my garage. The impact was Mostly chest first and then the rest of my body hit the cement. I went to the emergency room , Gave me several Exrays The Dr. said after looking at the XRays I have no broken bones, but now also I severe pain in my side, which goes down my leg,. this is my left leg and a little. numbness also on the inside of my lower thigh/// Thanks
You may be having radicular pain due to nerve compression in lower spine. This may be due to trauma to back with disc herniation. X-ray is mostly normal and MRI of the lumbo sacral spine needs to be done. Please get it done from radiology center nearby you.
Meanwhile start tablet Pregalin x75 mg one at bedtime with tablet Ultracet twice a day for pain relief. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting and garage work. Visit to orthopedic surgeon for detailed clinical Examination is recommended.
