How Can Severe Pain In The Legs And Insomnia Be Treated?

hi, I am 72yrs old. I have diabetes type2, lupus,sleep apena nusing c-pap,rheumatoid arthritis,thyroid nodules,asthma,numerous environment allergies,pernicious anemia. In the past 14 weeks I have suffered with periodic episodes of sweating to the point of becoming wet. Also I have much difficultly walking due to spasms and cramping in both legs from hip to knee wih shooting pains. Difficulty sleeping.

Severe cramping in legs may be due to calcium and Vitamin D deficiency/electrolyte imbalance, that cause you to remain awake.
You need your blood calcium level and serum electrolytes get checked.External supplementation with vitamin D and calcium will be required.
Sweating episodes can be due to hypoglycaemia or hypothyroidism in your case.
Kindly get your blood glucose levels and blood thyroid levels checked.This calls for adjusting dose of your routine medication and also requires assesing of your kidney functions.
