I have piercing pain throughout my legs that causes standing, sitting and walking for periods of time as pain full. I have lower back scoliosis and believe the compression is pinching nerves. I go to chiropractor for adjustment but continue to have problem. What should i do next?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Scoliosis can be fixed or postural, it depends. Flexible scoliosis usually doesn't produce such severe symptoms. But your severe pain can be a result of acute disc prolapse or lumbar disc disease which can only be confirmed with the help of MRI of Lumbar Spine with whole spine screening.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jayganesh
