sir iam a police officer election duty at karnataka and struggling with severe tonsillitis. Pls prescribe some medicine s for me.. Bcoz I m long distance away from city I can t take any advice from ent specialist so pls help me severe pain swollen tonsils covered with white aches I can t eat or drink anything.. Tendency of vomiting..

Dear tonscillitis may be due to viral or bacterial infection.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water.

Use water vapor inhalation thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Levocetrizine and Moterleukast at night for five days.

Use tablet Azithromycine once a day for three days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
