Hi, I have gone through your question. Severe vomiting in late pregnancy can lead to glucose and water depletion in the body and this adversely affects the fetus. The fetus gets reduced oxygen supply and this can lead to decreased growth of fetus, and even sudden intrauterine death in case of severe oxygen deficiency. Chronic vomiting for many months can lead to decreased fluid around the fetus which again leads to many fetal problems. I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN urgently and get proper investigations, ultrasound and treatment as early as possible. Hope you found this answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
