How Can Severe Weakness Be Treated?

Salam my age 42 my hb s 9 I feel weakness and I v also a vericose problem in my left ankle I m using omega fish oil and garlic in the morning but now since last week I feel to much weakness can talk to much can't do work kindly recommend me wat to do ? Doctor advised me to v injection of neurobion nd ve nofer

Hello,

Weakness may be due to anaemia or hypothyroidism or Infection or electrolyte imbalance o insomnia or sleep apnea etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get it done your blood haemoglobin and total leukocyte count, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes and ECG.

Take fresh fruit and green leafy vegetables. Use tablet Ubinext LC once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
