How Can Shin And Ankle Lumps Tingling, Burning And Pain Be Treated?

i have bumps/lumps on both my shins and ancles and on my foot that tingle and sort of burn what could it be? are they blood clots? they started out as burses under the skin then turn to bumps/lumps and now have a bruse above the skin. they hurt to the tuch and when i stand to much they burn
