A week ago I hit the front if my shin and when I looked down, what I think was a vein, was popping way out. I immediately elevated it and applied ice. Now, a week later it is extremely sore. In fact I don t think it was this sore initially. Should I be worried

If you are walking around then nothing much to worry about.Keep on applying ice along with thrombophob ointment and take drugs like ibuprofen along with trypsin /chymotrypsin .
