How Can Shoulder Soreness With Painful Popping Be Treated?
I am a 66 year old female with right shoulder soreness. Lots of popping and some painful popping. I have pretty good ROM but a little restricted on that side. I had impingement a few years ago and could not fasten my bra without a lot of pain. Although there is a little soreness when I do this now not anything like before. Most discomfort now when I reach out or across my body suddenly. I have taken up a new sport past year who his golf. Could that be contributing?
hello, I have studied your case and I think that you might be having impingement in the shoulder tendons. I would recommend you following. 1.Hot water fomentation 2.Volini gel local application 3.Tablet Brufen twice daily. 4.Stop playing golf for some time. If there is still pain than you need to get MRI of the shoulder joint to see if there is any fluid collection or any cuff tear is present. I hope this answer will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
