How Can Small White Bumps On The Face Be Treated?

I have several areas on my face, especially the cheeks near the hairline where I have small whitish looking bumps just under the surface of the skin. They are larger than milia. I have asked several dermatologists in the past but all I get is "it's sun damage". Is there anything that might help this go away? It also seems that sometimes it looks worse than others

Hi,

It may be a large milia or colloid milium. And this may be due to sun damage to the skin after long exposure to sun rays.
Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
The lesions may be treated by extracting the whitish material or by electrocautery.

Hope I have answered your query.
