How Can Sore Acne Vulgaris With Pus In The Groin Be Treated?

i always seem to get these huge pimple/blood pimples not on my vagina but in the crease between my leg and vagina, they are about the size of a 5c peice, i generaly get them when i wear a G String, they are very sore and when popped they have a yellowish liquid and blood that comes from them

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have s sore acne vulgaris with pus in the groin which is because of abundance of sebaceous glands in this area. Need not to worry. You should take multivitamins to booster your immunity. Melalite 15 cream is good for use but its long term us-usage. Exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist again. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as per your condition.
