How Can Sphincter Incompetence Causing Ingestion Problems Be Treated?
Dear Doctor I have been sufferng from severe food reflection for the last one year. sofar i had 3 endoscopy and all this reports saying i had affected incompetent sphicnter. my doctor adviced me idza od and then now lesuride 75 od. but still i feel the same . how do i rectify this problem.pls advice me

The reflux of food due to spincter incompetence, if it is not much, need not to be worried a lot.
After having food, keeping a gap of 1 to 2 hours before sleeping may significantly reduce the reflux, and also a walk after taking food may benefit by early emptying the stomach.
