General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted your history and understood your concerns well.
Male of 23 getting sudden pain at late night with loose motions may have to visit the ER or the hospital nearby to get an appropriate clinical evaluation, intravenous fluids and antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment as per the clinical picture and the lab investigations.
There is practically nothing you can do at home if the symptoms persist.
Ask a friend or a relative to go to the hospital.
You may take a a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid, anti-spasmodic like dicyclomin with you.
Take plenty of oral fluids if there is no nausea or vomiting.
