General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The most possible issue as per my clinical experience for this is not normal gastric upset, it may be underlying ulcer, motility-related issue or else. In our set up, we recommend its evaluation with ultrasound, upper GI endoscopy to locate the underlying issue. Primary working tips at present
-Avoid all types of dairy fat, high cholesterol items, nonveg at night.
-Take supper three hours before sleep.
-Consume proton pump inhibitor one hour prior to dinner.
-Keep the head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
