How Can Swelling And Itching On The Eyelid Be Treated?
Hello, I think while in the garden two nights ago I may have gotten bit on my eyelid... maybe a mosquito or a spider. I feel a bump above my eyelid around my brow. Now it s bruised all around almost the complete eye and very tender swollen and red and a little itchy, Not sure if sore just from pressure or? I m 42 have been thru menopause and was done at 31. I have major HypoThyroidism. I take Levothyroxin.. Any suggestions

It is a mosquito bite. Examine if there is sting so that it can be removed. Apply caladryl lotion and start taking tablet levocetrizine daily morning for ten days. For menopause consult gynecologist for treating hormonal imbalance. Hormone essay is to be done and consult endocrinologist for examination and advise on treatment. hypothyroidism can be treated with levothyroxine.
