How Can Swelling And Pain In The Leg Be Treated After An Injury?
while trying to get in to my pickup truck and reach over to the other side I hit my shin lower part of the truck twice pretty hard 2 Days Later just try to be a little sore not their day and my leg is swollen little bit of pain solid as a rock.

Kindly make sure that you have no fracture on your leg. You can use painkillers to reduce pain. Aceclofenac tablet can reduce your pain and you can tie crepe bandage on that leg to reduce the swelling.
