How Can Swelling Of Legs And Severe Pain Of Shoulders Be Treated?

My husband was laid off 6 mos. ago and we have no insurance. He is in severe pain on his right side. His shoulder and his knee and has a knot on the back of his calf. His leg is swollen. Is there a hospital he can go to to get treatment when we have no money?
