How Can Swelling On The Eyelid Be Treated?
I have a 69 year old handicap sister, Her right eyelid is a little swollen with some mucus coming out of her eye, I went to a pharmist and explained her systom and he gave me some saline eye wash for her eye. She very hard to work with her eye illness. I m I on the right track or should I be doing something else. It just started this afternoon. Thank you.

This sounds like a sty. I would advise you to do hot fomentation of the eye with a hot cloth and put Moxifloxacin eye drops.
