My sister age around 65 years is suffering from BP sugar thriod .since last one year last three fingers of left hand is swollen and there is emmence pain in these fingers.inbetween the two fingers the inner area is always sticker.since last one year not doctor is able to properly diagnose the problem.initialy the treated for infection and now she is being treated for goute.but there is no improvement.pl guide which type of doctor we should consult and probable cause and remedy.
