How Can Tapeworm Infestation Be Treated?
I was talking to a family member and I was describing some issues that s going on with my body and I was told that I might have a tapeworm and so I was trying to see what can I buy over the counter from Walgreens

Hi,
First you have to confirm the infection by stool examination for proglottids, ova etc. Treatment may be effective with Prazquantel, Albendazole or Mebendazole etc. Prazquantel orally once may be effective.
Pork tape worm may cause cysticercosis, need steroid along with medication. Please take above medication under your doctor's guidance.
