General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably one of the nerve supplies the tongue might have damaged during the procedure and causing the symptoms.

Unfortunately, complete cure is not possible. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated to assess the severity of the damage and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
