Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative of
bladder irritation and inflammation, UTI,
interstitial cystitis, abnormal bladder function. Other causes of your symptoms may be prostrate infection, enlarged prostrate,
overactive bladder and kidney stones. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
Urologist, get blood tests and imaging tests done so that the pathology causing you discomfort can be diagnosed and treatment started at the earliest.
You will be treated with antibiotics and analgesics. Take adequate quantity of water and fluids. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to detect UTI or other infection. No, the pain you are experiencing along the collar bone is not related to the urinary problem. For
collar bone pain you should get imaging tests done to rule out osteoarthritis, RA or any other medical condition. It can occur due to musculoskeletal cause, respiratory conditions, acidity or any heart ailment. Get clinically examined, get treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
