How Can The Date Of Conception Be Calculated?

Hello i have a question about pregnancy dates and conception. I had made a mistake August 18 me and my boyfriend split up i had unprotected sex with another guy and he pulled out. I got back with my current boyfriend Aug 23, We had unprotected sex he did go in me for almost a week. The doctor gave me an ultrasound and said conception was around 27-1.

The possibility of conception is by unprotected sex two days before or after the ovulation day of the woman, And ovulation day is 14 days prior to the expected date of period. so it can be predicted in regular period.
* You have not mentioned your last menses date/ type of cycle you have- but this information may help you to guess the date of conception by aforesaid information.
* date of conception can be approximately calculated according to the fetal development ( in weeks)observed in ultrasound scan.
