How Can The Severity Of Adenomyosis Condition Be Determined And Treated?
I am 38yrs old. Just today I was diagnosed of adenomyosis. In ultrasound it s mentioned as altered echo texture of posterior myometrium of uterus and minimal free fluid noted in pouch of Douglas. And I have retrieved uterus. Can u pls explain these. How can I know in what stage is my adenomyosis

Hello,
Staging is determined by biopsy, histopathology report and CT abdomen.
You have to undergo hysterectomy (Removal of the uterus) especially if you do not want any more children.
