How Can Throat Soreness, Slow Food Movement Due To Injury Be Treated?

Hi, I have a question...I got a piece of chicken bone stuck in my throat 2 nights ago. It took a couple hours to clear, but I think I got it dislodged. It was at the bottom of my neck by my voice box . I can still swallow, but food seems to move a little slower and it s still pretty sore. I m not sure if it s just sore from being scratched or something more serious.
