How Can Throbbing Pain In The Vagina And Frequent Urge To Urinate Be Treated?

Hi, a week ago I noticed a throbbing pain in my vulva. When it throbs, I feel the need to urinate. Sometimes the throbbing subsides however, I still feel the need to urinate constantly just not as intensely. I do not have a bladder infection or a UTI. I have had a preliminary urine test and when sent for cultures, the results were negative. What can cause these symptoms and how can I get some relief?
