How Can Thyroid Issues Be Treated In A Diabetic Person?

My mother is having diabeties as well as Thyroid problem. Since two months she is suffering from stomach problem. Whenever she eat something, It does not get digested and then it comes out in the form of motion. and its painful as well at times. Could you please suggest with any good remedy/doctor?? Thanks.
