General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The most important thing is to determine the right cause to tinnitus:
- Anemia?
- Middle ear problems?
- Spondyloarthrosis of cervical area?
- Hypertension?
Depending on the cause, we can set the right treatment strategy. Discuss with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. All the best.

Regards,
