How Can Tinnitus With Hearing Loss Be Treated?
I went shooting last night and had a couple shots fired off fairly close to my ear. They were ringing pretty bad and I thought it was just the typical ringing but after a long night of sleep and a few hours the ringing is still kind of here and I have a bit of hearing loss.. Why?

The sounds of the shots if loud enough can cause damage to ear and hearing loss. U need to protect by ear muffins / shields before hand. Now u can take nerve multivitamins - the nerve and / or hair cells of the ear might be affected minimally as the xposureto sound is not for v long but the decibel level u need to tell me
