Hi, I'm pretty sure I have gaseous necrosis of the dental pulp based on research. I have a dentist appt tomorrow, but is there anything I can do to stop or soothe the pain in the meantime? Only ice directly on the tooth helps, but I don't know if I can do this all night.
hi thanks for your query at hcm as you said you have appointment tomorrow you can take a painkiller like ibuprofen or diclofenac.. you can also use clove oil dipped cotton on your tooth if pain gets worse at night.. tooth usually have coagulative necrosis.. do saline gargles.. hope it will help you.. take care...
