How Can Urinary Frequency With Incontinence And Pain Be Treated?
I had a hysterectomy in the early 90 s, then had a prolapse of the bladder and bowel. Had a Cystocele and Rectocele early 2000 s. got a bladder sling along with it. They said no lifting. well in my life that is impossible, so now sometimes I cannot urinate unless I have a BM, I have to go bad but just dribbles. Wake up a lot at night feeling like I have to go ugently only to go a tiny bit, sometimes I cannot go at all. just have to sit there and wait, very painfull. Sometimes when I have a BM it is difficult until (it rounds a corner) then it comes out . painfull as well. leaking also.
Kindly get a ultrasound of KUB done as your symptoms look like a ureteric colic due to stone disease. Different causes can cause similar symptoms which can be ruled out by ultrasound. Further tests will depend on its report. Most of the stones do not require surgery and can be managed medically provided any of the danger signs are not present.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
