How Can Urinary Retention After A Prostate Surgery Be Treated?

A few months ago I had a pacemaker installed for my slow or eradicate heart and because they said I needed a lazer operation on my prostrate because I wasn t able to empty my bladder, Today I had a test done and my kidneys are emptying but my bladder is only emptying 50% . What can be done to remedy this condition?

- urinary infection
- narrowing of urethra
- other reasons.
