How Can Vaginal Lips Pimples With Pus And Bleeding Be Treated?

After recently going to the toilet and wiping, I noticed a small amount of blood and puss on the tissue. After having a look down there, I noticed what I can only describe as a pimple. I squeezes it and more puss came out like it does on a spot on your face. It doesn t hurt. I have now noticed another one appearing on the opposite side. This too forming as a spot. They start off bright red, develop a white head then burst. They are located inside the lips either side. There is only two. I m a little concerned as to what they mat be as I am in a relationship with a woman and have not been with a man in over 11 years since I conceived my daughter.
