I went To the ER complaining of right side vaginal pain they test me for stds and they all came back negative including yeast and uti. They did a sonogram and told me I had free fluid on that side and now am having rectal pain on that side and no appetite, they told me to go to a specialist

Your investigation report & complaints suggest pelvic inflammation. You need to get a through gynecological check up along with deep vaginal swab testing? Culture test to be followed by management with specific a tibiotic &anti inflammatory drugs. Please consult a gynecologist.
