How Can Vaginal Yeast Infection While On Antibiotics Be Treated?
I’m currently taking an antibiotic which has resulted in a yeast infection. The irritation/dryness is a little too much and I wonder if some sort of lubricant/moisturizer would help? I’ve read that cocoa butter or shea butter are safe to be near the vulva/clitoris/etc. but I’m not sure
You should eat yogurt while in antibiotics and also can take lactobacillus suppositories for prevention of yeast infection. It can be treated by antifungal creams such Monistat or Clotrimoxazol for 5 days.
