How Can Varicocele Be Treated?

hello!
i'm 25 yrs old. i have varicocele in my left testis. i can felt and see it in my naked eye like a bag of worms but it is not painful. i already went to my doctor and he said that i have varicocele. and he didn't tell me what grade it is. what should i do? i'm confuse. should i decide to have surgery or not? or can play sport like basketball with varicocele? kindly answer my query. thank you!
