Sir my son age about 35 years. He suffering a skin problem. His forehead upper side, some portion of mouth skin become White color. And he is feeling very upset. Treatment some homeopathy but still not responding. So Sir, we are very middle class belong. This skin disease Bengali s society called SWETI . They are ignoring this type man . Vitiligo is not completely treatable.but we have seen patients improving. Response is different in different persons. First line therapy is topical potent steroids like clobetasol propionate.
