How Can Vitiligo In The Popliteal Region And Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello doctor.
Am 28 year old
Having vitilligo for 8 years..i have 2 spots for the last 8 years.one in the popliteal region.and another one over the glan region.
Now for the last 5 months i am noticing a white patch over my hand.as i was exposed to some kind of physical stress(gym>weight lifting).so o left that.
Am using tacrolimus 0.1% and advantin. Vitb.somr time vit D......For the last 3months.but no change occur.
What you suggest.or recommend.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

In addition to the Tacrolimus ointment that you are already using I suggest you to also use a moderately potent topical steroid like Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream at night. Both of these are approved remedies for vitiligo. Response to treatment is slow and you should use both of these for 2-3 months for a fair trial.
