How Can Vomiting And Voiding With Fever And Breathlessness Be Treated?

My daughter is a type 1 diabetic with a little bit of asthma. She woke up this morning vomiting. She only threw up once, but pretty much emptied her stomach. She s very tired and weak. She says she s cold and when I took her temp it was 95.2. She is also having a hard time breathing, but not wheezing or coughing. Her lungs seem clear. Her glucose this morning was 326. She took her insulin, and it has come down to 296. We just did another correction of insulin. She hasn t eaten and isn t hungry. but not really feeling nauseous. She is folding down some fluids and she says when she drinks them it makes her stomach feel sour.

Noted your history abut your daughter having Diabetes type I and asthma. She is on Insulin, yet the blood sugar was 326, vomited in the morning, feeling tired and weak. Says she is cold and has hard breathing. Not hungry, not eating. stomach gets sore on drinking the fluids.
My thoughts and explanation are as follows:
Vomiting without any other symptoms can be due to gastritis as she is getting sore stomach on even drinking fluids.
I would advise her the following:
PPI like Omeprazole and sugar free antacids every three hours.
Domperidone if nausea and vomiting:
Blood sugar has to be strictly monitored and well controlled. If not getting controlled, consult her Diabetologist.
About the breathlessness: in such a patient who is a known asthmatic will be taken as asthma, continue her medications and inhaler.
