Hi!sreeshma, Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum, Its important to understand the cause of blackheads .It can be because of not doing good cleansing of face or probably you are using a wrong cleanser which is not meant for your face.Use a face wash meant for oily skin type,especially that containing 2% salicylic acid .This would help prevent further development of black heads. The best way to get rid of blackheads is to get it removed or extracted by a dermatologist (not from a beauty parlor). If not this ,then you can also use tretinoin cream at night and a sunscreen in the morning.Tretinoin would gradually peel you skin and thus would remove your black heads too. Avoid use of any moisturizing cream on face and even any oily face wash or soap .This would further lead to blackheads and white heads. If your problem is very sever then you may need to take oral retinoids ,which are wonder drug for blackheads and acne.But it requires lot of precautions and has to be taken under dermatologist supervision only.
