Hi, I just got released from the hospital yesterday. Very low potassium and low magnesium. I have been urinating frequently Nd have been very tired and weak today. I just tried to walk to the bathroom and found my legs were very weak to the point I went to the floor before I fell. The weakness in my legs have continued and M walking with assistace. I am very cold. My temp was 97,6 and GO 128/84 Pulse 109. Any suggestions?
With the kind of situation you are in, I would suggest you get readmitted.
If that is not possible then take lemon juice with salt and plenty of water. Since you have frequent urination-I suggest that you keep a urinary pot nearby and do not go to the toilet frequently.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
