How Can Weight Loss And Enuresis Be Treated?

I am a diabetic for last 5years and loss too much of weight. I am soon going to get married and I am getting rejection. My before food is around 135 and post food it is anywhere between 160-180. My other problem is I sometime wet my bed. Not very often but sometime. Which cause me a lot of social stigma. My age is 32 height is 5.8 and I weigh only 45. Before diabetes I was around 67 kgs. Please help me.:(

Hai,
As your blood sugar level seems to under normal control. as your weight loss is because of the diabetes.as weight loss within a short duration should be addressed properly.
as enuresis is common in diabetes, urinary tract infection, urinary tract stones, neurological disorders.
need proper investigation to rule out any underlying infection depends on the other existing symptoms.

Need some more investigation like HBA1c,Albumin level,renal function test.
ultrasound abdomen,urine culture and urine routine to rule out .
