how can you tell if you have a enlarged heart 14 year old male? because when i hug people they can feel my heart muscle contracting then they say that s one strong teenage heart you got there beating in your chest and its so embarrassing because when i hug people i get nervous and yea my heart is pounding

If you are thin or overly excited (anxious) yes you would be able to feel your heart beat. If you are really concerned see your doctor, I feel sure that you are just fine, just not comfortable hugging people. thanks
