Hello It seems from the history that hot grease splashed into your eye. The first thing to be done is wash the eyes with normal water and remove any retained grease. The next step requires examination by a eye doctor to assess the damage caused by the grease and treatment is required accordingly. The common problems are corneal epithelial defects and are treated by antibiotic eye drops and lubricating eye drops.
Thank you
