Will taking pills for three month help stabilize my hormones and conceive coz have been having irregular and prolonged periods

You have to wait for atleast 6 months to stabilize the hormonal responce,than try for conceive.There will be some pain in the lower abdomen on the side of ovulation mostly on 14th day of regular cycle.
You can confirm the ovulation by USG abdomen on 12th to 15th day of cycle.
