How Do I Increase My Energy Levels While Suffering From Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?
Hi, I am a 31 year old active female in a healthy weight range. I have had extreme fatigue for the last two years. I don’t have health insurance so I don’t get blood work done due to cost and not knowing where to start. I experience the feeling of tunnel vision and feelings like I’m walking through molasses . Sometimes I feel as though I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. I get enough sleep but something is not normal. I take a vitamin b complex, do not drink, eat red meat, eat healthy, caffeine does nothing for me. It is affecting my work and my life. How do I increase my energy levels?
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what is the exact cause of your history.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits, do regular exercise and avoid fatty food and processed food.
Please get it done hemoglobin, thyroid status and electrolyte, polysomnography tests. Then consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
